Who are we?

David

David studied English at university and went on to teach this subject for seven years at a secondary school.

He recognised the role that ICT could play in enhancing learning and launched his first website as a means of distributing the many resources he had created and used in his own lessons. The most popular of these was probably his ‘Word Magnet’ resource (available on this site).

In 2008, he left the teaching profession to begin a career in e-Learning development and training.

Simon

Simon started out as a History teacher and still retains an interest in both history and teaching.

He has been involved in e-learning as developer, deliverer and researcher for over 20 years – he still believes that successful learning is based on knowing what learners want and need.

He is convinced that educators are an inventive and imaginative group of people who seek practical solutions to practical problems – ICT can be part of this process but many people lack confidence and time.

Life, learning and work should be 100% fun!
