That's a good idea Janet and it is something I will investigate.

The idea you describe above, whilst not possible with the dice, would work well with the 'spinner' resources on the site. For example: Triptico's Double Spinner.

Hope that helps - and for posting your comments and feedback on the site... Gracias!!!

I love using your resources in my Spanish class, and was thinking that foreign language teachers would have more use for this resource if we could choose the number of dice and the labels to go on each dice. What a great addition to my class resources, and the kids LOVE to play the games!!! Gracias!!!

Hello Neville - thank you for your comments and I am pleased that your students enjoy using the dice.

There is no trick as to where to click and I agree that sometimes the dice do behave in a very erratic manner! If you wanted to use a similar activity which was truly random and a little less ‘volatile’, you could set up the ‘Double Spinner’ with the type of questioning words used on the dice: Link to Double Spinner.

I hope this helps,

David

My students loved using the dice, but it seemed to select 'where'more times that any other and 'why' never came up. However, I'm sure it is set to be quite random... Is there a trick on where to click so the die doesn't spin out of sight and not land in the tray?

This is a great resource because it is so much fun to see it roll off the side. We use this resource during our review game in class!

This resource works in a similar way to the dice and is easy to customise: http://www.triptico.co.uk/?p=532#more-532

Hope it's helpful - all feedback appreciated,
